i like that your writing always has a sense of SHIT HAPPENING. something's always moving and always there to latch onto and throw back at you while working on a reply tag. you know when to elaborate and when not to, and you seem to know that length varies for each character you play.
it makes tagging with you very easy and very engaging and exciting because it feels like things are actually happening! it's a great joy that i am missing from my life right now :(
overall, i really enjoy threading with you tons, i just am realizing that as i write this we are not threading anything -- which is ok i mean you are computerless as it is but, you know, still, we should fix that at some point, don't you think?
we've been rping a long time together (in fact almost one of the longest people even!) and one thing i have to say is while i pretty much have never (except maybe twice) played off another character by you other than zero, that never once in the ...four...? five? ??? years i've known you have i ever felt you've been redundant with zero. even playing him multiple places and having seen him develop in over four different games for varying lengths, it's always really awesome to see that you put so much thought and time into him that you can constantly make something like the SAME CHARACTER still seem completely different and interesting in another game even if i'm already interacting with him somewhere else.
it's a really really tough thing you do with zero and you've been rping him so long that you have even my extended hats off to keeping up with him, as well! i know we aren't writing together now, but i hope it will be different sometime in the near future, of course!
it is a silly secret that you probaby do not know, but i told fal a long time ago before you came to z that i really regretted not staying for longer in guysndolls to play off of your konoe. so it was a very plesant surprise to finally get that chance this last go around in z.
your konoe is the only one i have really played with right now, but from what i see of him, you give him a lot of spunk and he comes off as very endearing. out of all the protagonists, i've always had the most trouble with liking konoe due to lamento being my first BL game and not being super invested in his story the first time i played through it. but i really enjoy seeing what you do with him, i only hope that you will be able to find him a little easier to keep going (i do still wanna app asato at some point, sob). for now, though, i hope you can continue to keep him going and play nice with all the kitties. i'll try to get more cr with him very soon! (i am so sad i dropped youji still partly because of the cute cr they had going weh).
but yes, i also feel you have his speech patterns down as well as his more cat-like tendencies. it's very awesome.

shahni, i feel like we never get to rp much when the opportunity comes along, but i am so glad to have had the last go around with you! you are very exciting with your characters, you have as much energy as they do for things you like and trying to make things come alive for everyone you're playing with. i have to say that it is probably because of you that i ended up getting attached to playing akira with aoba's cute maternal ways and i only wish he could have stayed longer. klavier, too, made my time with youji very exciting.
in particular, when you write, you do a really spot on job representing the character's "presence" in a log or a post or anywhere. you're as charismatic with your writing as your characters are slated to be and it's a really great trait in writing to have because it's easy to play!! i shall eagerly await for a time when you have your rp drive back and we can do fun things together again. maybe one day we'll even play from the same fandom at the same time. how crazy would that be?
I was too dead to say this sooner, but your presence in rp was one of the few reasons I happened to last as long as I did, in addition to the people who were the obvious reason when I was staying on of course. But it was just a pleasure to be able to go through my last big stint with the few who continue to mean so much to me and who took the time to play with me as well as stay my friends even after I left.

well, considering you are right now probably the person i tag the most, you obviously are doing things right. i'd like to say i'm easy to entertain, but that's not always the case. you managed to, with noiz, take a character from a game setting that i knew two shits about and made me go from generally interested in the game to downright specifically interested in noiz as a character and all his little quirks in the course of pretty much one thread! i very much adore him and i very much adore you and how you play him so i hope you won't be going anywhere with him any time soon.
and, by the way, i didn't say anything but it's worth mentioning because i did notice. when akira complimented noiz about his eyes in our sofa!romp log, the reaction and thought process was A+. it was great to see you didn't get sucked in by the comment and let it control any tempo to the log. it might not seem like a big deal but it really was because it's easy to get sidetracked by things like that. and if he'd had responded differently, it would have made it a lot less natural and realistic. so i really gotta tip my hat to you, there.
it is true we have not gotten to rp very much yet at all, but i will say that when i first slid over to the citadel and tagged you for the first time, i was in a bit of a rut as far as rping goes, so i was really looking to try and reach out. i have to say that while tagging you on the meme, it was the first time in a long while (since my old game that i ran back on livejournal) that i could remember feeling actually inspired to write something long and do it relatively easy. kazama came amazing simple for me in reply to your posts and it was so nice to see someone who i could tell really enjoys writing. not only that, but you do it very well and it was a good feeling to get to read celeste's thought process. you intrigued me enough with her that i actually went snooping through her journal to see what else i could learn about her—and i am so so not that ambitious in the long run.
anyway, i suspect us to have many fun times ahead and i hope ill have something more concrete for you eventually after we've played some more, but for now i have a general high respect for your writing and your character quality. please keep it up!

we have to rp more, that much is for sure! but, from what i have rped with you so far, i very much enjoy what we've done. since i threaded most with euphie, i can say that she is very adorable and a pretty wonderful type of character to be able to rp with. you do her really well without making her sickeningly sweet or anything like that and it's really great because character types like her are hard to come by and then hard to come by being done well.
you also are very conscientious about rping with everyone and anyone you can which i think is a great trait. you're willing to jump in with anyone and try just about anything and make it work, which is really refreshing to see since many people get stuck in their ways and thus end up missing out on a lot of opportunities.
as i said we really need to rp more, but here's hoping that going forward such things will happen!
i gotta say that we have only rped a very little bit (and that is my slow ass's fault sob sob) but there are a couple things i must blab about. 1. you are one of the first people in a very long time that's been able to inspire me to write replies quickly, which is really exciting for me. TRUE I AM BEING SUPER SLOW RIGHT NOW but it's got nothing to do with your writing ability in the slightest because even after leaving you hanging for about a month i was able to drag my ass back to the tag and write something up relatively easy even though i've been struggling with kazama.
2. i love what i've seen of your hijikata and i'm someone who is really picky about them. as much as it's been my dream since 2010 to have a hijikata to harass with kazama, it really just takes so many things to hit it off well, including just simple writing chemistry. so i am so so so grateful to have been roped into citadel along with you and have the chance to play kazama off of hijikata.
3. ...this was supposed to be something about hijikata again. idk. i feel like i can honestly enjoy him from my end because you do such a good job with him. AND ALSO YOU ARE engaging and willing to do things with me which i super appreciate (thank you for giving me the opportunity to give hijikata flying lessons ; - ;, for example). now, i need to return the favor and stop being such a pile of molasses.
it's still one of my greatest pleasures to be able to rp with you and i'm glad i've been so lucky to be able to actually find quite a few characters to play off of yours from the same series (and even when not from the same series still find a good nitch). your writing always manage to inspire me to write replies and i very much enjoy that you're not afraid to do things you like or want to try and are open to suggesting them to me!
you do a really good job with thought processes, especially, and i love love how you pay particular attention to characters like keisuke, who has so many layers and complexities to him. at the same time, you keep other characters who you could get carried away with trying to justify, but you don't. and that's really good because people who play some types of characters try too hard to make excuses for them, but you put a very very good balance. and of course you make it a super fun experience overall.
